Growing up under 1st generation immigrant parents in America, Soo learned firsthand to work hard and to be diligent. Her parents also instilled the importance of education and that learning is a lifelong responsibility that would remind us to stay humble. As the Principal Broker of MACKS Realty, Soo puts an emphasis on continuing education in the ever-evolving industry of real estate for not only herself, but for the other 15 Realtors who make up the MACKS Team.

Prior to relocating to Guam, her work experience included being a corporate trainer for a major US retail brand, a marketing manager for a hotel, and an operations and brand manager for a small business in Korea. Soo has a BA in International Business and Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a MBA from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea.

As a resident of Guam since 2004, she began her real estate career as an Associate Broker in 2005 and then launched MACKS Realty in 2008. For almost 20 years in the industry, she has a proven track record of successful closings! Her first clients are still her clients today, entrusting their biggest investments in her care and their success has contributed to the steady growth and anchoring of MACKS Realty. Most importantly, she places her trust in the Lord and strives to abide by the Golden Rule, treating everyone around her as she would like to be treated.

Professional achievements include being nominated for the FHB’s Ginefli’e I Tano Award in the Home Plus People’s Choice Award in 2006, 2007, and 2008 and the Outstanding Newcomer Award in 2006. She has served as the Guam Association of Realtors (GAR) Chairman of the Education Committee in 2015 and as Vice Chairman in 2013 & 2014.
